I ordered through Grubhub and asked for no mayo or sauce of any kind. They brought me this burger with extra mayo a nd ketchup. It looked disgusting. I called Carl’s and told them. They were nice, and did offer me a new sandwich, but I just don’t trust them. The no sauce instructions were on the receipt attached to the bag and the burger had a “special” sticker on it. It’s as if the cook did it on purpose.

This location is in Idaho Falls. The service was sub par. It was slow. The tables were dirty. There were no napkins available. Half of the soda dispensers in the soda machine are empty. The bathroom was not very clean. The food was alright. Overall I’m disappointed and I probably won’t go back again unless there is no other choice. The main reason I went to much there was because Wendy’s is closed.

Fries were very salty and I felt rushed through placing my order. I wanted ketchup packets, but no one in the drive thru asked if I wanted sauces and they didn’t give me a chance to ask either. I was handed my food and they immediately shut the window before I could say a word. I had a couple modifications on my order. The sandwich was, thankfully, correct, but because I was rushed through placing my order like I was a burden and it wasn’t repeated back to me for confirmation, I was worried it would be wrong.

Came here on a Thursday I usually don’t come to this side of town. But you guys have the best jalapeño poppers. Anyways the customer service I received from robert, was outstanding. Iam sure if there was another employee I would of got the same great reaction. Usually I go to the the other Carl jr & there out of fry sauce. Which I can understand. But every time I go. Didn’t make sense to me. I will forever be going to the one on north gate. My food was great. I got my sauce and the manger was so kind to me. Just wanted you guys to know your doing a great job and I appreciate you guys !! Great management

This is the cleanest, best run, and best customer service Carl’s Jr and all of Idaho Falls. The staff is very pleasant and knows what they are doing and how to treat customers. I talked with the shift lead Hunter, and he is a very polite, respectful, and hard-working young man. I will continue to order food from this Carl’s Jr and will always be a customer of this location.

The store was slow and I understand why after stopping there. We were the only people in the drive through and after paying over $30 for 2 burgers and fries we were asked to pull forward. I am extremely tired of fast food places falsifying there window times in this way. I told the window girl politely for $30 and no one else in the drive through I would wait at the window, she got snarky. When she brought the food she said ” I hope you have a night as nice as you are and threw the food bag at me. The fries were put in upside down and the burgers were terrible. You people should be ashamed.

Very uninviting atmosphere. Lack of care, it felt more like I was a nuisance coming in. I got home with my big Carl meal, opened It up to a burger wrapped up in a soaking wet wrapper, grease, sauce and what I hope was water literally fell out of the wrapper onto my floor. The bun was soaking wet, the lettuce was disgusting because it was old and soggy. I called the store to try and resolve this 4 times and couldn’t get anybody to pick up. What’s a guy to do? Oh, I’ll just put these soggy patties on some bread…how ridiculous to have to do that after spending 12.00 on meal. This store in particular used to take a lot of pride, especially in presentation – that’s what Carl’s is known for. Step it up Night shift.
