Absolutely sparkling clean! The food was great for fast food and the staff was friendly and helpful. We rarely eat fast food, but when we do next time in La Junta it will be Carl’s Jr. This was a pleasant surprise!

Today’s August 20th I was in your restaurant on August 19th I witnessed your manager Mariah talking bad about other customers about how their crackheads and drug addicts from what I saw the women in were paying customers .. she then addressed the cook by babe so I assumed her boyfriend he came out looked at the 2vladies wen the ladies returned from the bathroom the took their food and left the manager Mariah continued to disrespectfully address these ladies as crackhead drug addicts and not quietly she made sure everyone could hear her opion of these ladies …. I couldn’t believed how this woman could address paying customer that pay her pay check the two ladies left upset as I sat in awwe another customer came in and again this woman addresses this person as a crackhead head at that point I got up and left very disgusted on how a business could allow a person like her be a managershe has no professional courtesy. ….I have noticed that when this as I assume couple are in charge of the restaurant I truly don’t eat at the restaurant because the food isn’t very good. As we left one of the ladies in the car was very upset yelling at the other lady about something about her food .. I know for dinner for 2 is around 25 dollars so these ladies spent 25 dollars for food the didn’t enjoy.. I as well ave homeless not a crackhead hea but homeless and once was spoken in the same manner spoken in ladies by the same woman …,I will post this comment on FB as well and until no longer eat at your resturaunt because of 4 regardless So=|±#=your employees ieillgive temy e25 dollar dinner elwhere. Regardless if someone is homless crackhead or not they are paying customer that is a form of discrimination

Terrible experience. Food was cold & not up to par. Photo is of a 6 piece Tender meal, which by the price they seem very proud of… Spoiled Ranch Dressing included in the bag. Daughter’s shake looked like strawberry milk. Called on site management, was promised a full refund. I go to the location only to have them tell me they cannot issue a refund. After repeated attempts to reach out the to the owner, never any response. Days have passed. Called Corporate. Never could speak with anyone there as their automated system intentionally avoids connecting you to to human being. Mostly like the last time I spent $43 & change there. This approx the 5th time in a year this kind of ordeal has occurred, so it isn’t because they had an bad day. Ridiculous. Major changes need to be made.

The food was awful. I ordered a #4 with no bun, they gave it to me wrapped in lettuce with dirt ALL over it. I didn’t even ask for the lettuce, and they didn’t give any options. My burger was also cold. I’ve never been to a Carl’s Jr this bad!

Went and picked up lunch today for family they get the same thing every time I get all the way home and have this burger my family member gets all the time and what they gave me was incredibly not it so I went back and asked why and Mariah at the window proceeded to argue and be rude. So I drove off because of her ignorance. That’s ridiculous. Opened it up you couldn’t even tell there was me on this sandwich. So if your combos are now mini burgers you should let people know that

Came into town because the Dmv had the quickest appointment and decided to stop on my way out at the local Carl’s junior. It was fast hot food, it looked like the picture, and I got everything I order done right the first time. Service was excellent, staff was friendly and offered me a survey. Stop through if you get a chance.

Dine in or drive thru. Faster service now than in the past. Dining room is clean and usually only one other group eating indoors. Gluten free (lettuce wrap) burgers available without much waiting. Good food.
