Disappointed. I love Carl’s Jr. but this location is not up to what you would expect. The fries were inconsistent, my fries were ice cold while my boyfriends were fresh and hot. The food just didn’t taste like you expect. No one in the car really liked their food. We spent almost $40 on food and honestly for that much at a fast food restaurant, I would hope for better.

No complaints at all. I tend to go there to get a couple of their small cheeseburgers and a drink at lunch time. The online ordering is easy and the drive thru is usually not a long wait. Employees seem to know what they’re doing as I zip in and out pretty quick. Nice folks there.

Yummy! When they provide service. Cause they be randomly closing at whatever time feel like…. It was 9:47 people and I just got off work after 13 hr shift. RUDE! They get five stars for hiring friendly and considerate staff!!!! NOT! I just do that to get your attention! Lol… They actually sorta suck and the food is what you’d expect from night shift!

Great staff and facility . Me and my husband ate in the car outside the parking lot and the restaurant was empty inside and I can see everyone working hard cleaning and wiping windows and doors down getting ready for the end of their closing shift. Food was great as well. Haven’t had their burger in years but this one was great!

I stopped by this franchise to grab a bite to eat. For the last decade I made the same statement about having everything prepared fresh. Not only did they prepare it fresh they included fantabulous service. My food was bought to me at the table I was grateful to receive such thoughtful service. The staff was professional and if I was a Drew Carey everyone would have had a $100 tip that day. Everything was on point being the facility, personnel, presentation and food. Great work team

This restaurant is a great location I requested my food fresh and the manager told me I can rest assured all my food will always be fresh. I have Been through the drive thru 4 times since then without requesting it to be fresh and sure enough each time my food as been nothing short of quality! I highly recommend this restaurant!!

The women working this am shift taking orders at the window SUCKS!!! Gave her my payment No thank you, received my food No thank you, asked for more salsa sauce she said I already put in your bag, I told her thank you but can I get two more, she repeatedly said I already put some in your bag. I had to say can I get two more please. She rolled her eyes and gave me two more sauce, again no thank you. She so rude. If you don’t like job get another darling. Bad customer service for Carls Jr.

Stopped here because I was craving a burger. The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was … less than I remembered Carl’s Jr food being. Not that there was anything inherently wrong with it, but that the burger I ordered was supposed to be their answer to the Big Mac and it fell decidedly short. I loved the amount of veggies on it, but the bun overwhelmed the meat and cheese considerably.
