I haven’t been here in a long time and that is my mistake. I got a Gold digger double cheeseburger combo with bacon. The bacon double cheeseburger also had a gold BBQ sauce on it. The fries were right out of the fryer- crispy and crunchy with just the right amount of salt…. Fries are very good at Carl’s Jr. and and Ice cold Coca Cola to wash it down. The service was great. I would highly recommend Carl’s Jr. for Lunch or dinner.

Very disappointing from last time I went. Fries were so bad, they could have been leftover from day before. At first I was upset at how many I got in a large order, but so bad I didn’t finish them anyway. Shredded lettuce on the ,wrong burger, I ordered was dried out. They tried to moisten with the sauce. Just overall disappointed. The Dr Pepper was tasty! I won’t be going back. Shame. Used to like them.

I always enjoy a good burger and Carl’s never disappoints. Staff was friendly and food came out quickly. Place was clean and well maintained. I don’t order them, but the chicken is really really good. How do I know? My daughter orders them every time, always more than she can eat and I always get at least one tender from her leftovers.

I went there at 8:30 p.m., tried their hand breaded chicken sandwich and a Carl’s super, hopefully the pictures accurately represent my level of disappointment with what showed up I know it’s a unreasonable expectation for the food you order from a fast food restaurant to look anything like the pictures they have on their menu boards, but come on… The size of the piece of chicken on all that bun made me think of the old, “where’s the beef?” Commercials from my childhood. It tasted a little better than it looked but not a lot, I get the sense the burger would have been pretty great had it been fresh. If asked if I was willing to wait 5 or 10 minutes for a fresh cheeseburger my answer would have been a resounding yes, instead I got that dried out stuff. If you run a restaurant, if you get to a point where you think it’s acceptable for the quality of your food to fall off because it’s closer and closer to closing time, close earlier. I’d be willing to bet the cheeseburger that I got at 8:30 p.m. doesn’t look anything like what a cheeseburger that comes out of that place at 11:30 or 12:00 looks like, but I sure didn’t get a discount on mine.

The staff treat customers differently based on their race, I’m always being ask to park in the lot and wait for my food, while others are served properly in the drive-thru. Management needs to address this equality issue at this Carl’s Jr location.

I don’t know if this “less is more” approach to condiments on their sandwiches is a practice specific to one specific cook or the entire location. But this is the fourth time I have ordered from here and received lackluster food because someone decided to be stingy with the condiments. Given that it costs $23 for two of these sandwiches and two regular waffle fries, you’d think they could afford to at least make the quality of their food commensurate with the price. This is highly disappointing.
