I have been to this location 2 mornings in a row. Well both mornings I ordered omelette biscuits and let’s just say for $5 a biscuit I was mad. Pictures provided. I have also tried to reach out to this location with no answer. I will not be returning very disappointed. There’s eggs and cheese with a very little piece of sausage and then hardly any ham and bacon. All 4 were like this.

Ordered the omelet biscuit and biscuits and gravy. They seemed shorthanded and overwhelmed. The biscuits and gravy was ok, but the omelet biscuit was simply an egg on a biscuit. Long wait times and rarely anyone at counter to give you utensils, pretty sure because there were only 3 people there working.

This is an above average Carl’s Jr we have came multiple times on different trips up from Austin to this location and it is a ABOVE average location. The staff actually try are kind and the cooks care about your burger stack. We appreciate their little bit of extra effort The double western bacon is a King in the burger world. My suggestion is to send someone in to oversee what is going on at this location and drug test the crew, at least the crew here this morning. Crew is cussing each other and while standing here and waiting for my food people were coming in that had been in line at the drive thru for 45 minutes and still received their food wrong. If I could rate it lower I would. No answer at the drive thru speaker. Waiting behind a car that was talking to the guy at the drive thru window for 8 minutes. No response or acknowledgement that we were even there. The guy behind me waited just as long and when we drove off so did the. Yesterday evening just before dark. Worst non service of any major chain in my life.
