We go here a couple times a month. My kids love the Star burgers. It is generally a little bit of a wait if we go on Fridays during the $2 Star Burger promotion, but it is worth it. The food has always tasted fresh. Bonus is that it is reasonably priced, which is great when you have a family of 6.

A guy manager or superior seemed to be taking a lot of extra time explaining things that were going to happen later or at shift close making it hard for me or anyone else to get his attention. I was able to catch a cook who got his attention the first time. But 10 min later when I was checking on my order (no customers in drive or in lobby) and could not get his attention. A different staff person asked if they could help me. Turns out my order has been setting in the cooks window for some time. My meal $12-13 a hastle to order, to receive, then when I did it was barely warm at all. Even spoke to the girl staff who had handed me the order a minute earlier. She offered no apologies but made remarks of them needing more staff. Owners…. Get this place some more workers. The store was understaffed”.

Food is always wrong, some of the employees are nice and some are extremely rude. Last few times I have eaten there I’ve ended up sick, but finally seen that a cook wearing food gloves go outside and dig around for cigarettes that were not fully smoked then returned inside without changing gloves. This one needs desperate help.

Usually is a great friendly place to grab food. Lately however, the lady working drive thru cuts you off. I was in the middle of ordering the other day and she cut me off with the total before I had finished my order. More patience would be appreciated. Got my order wrong twice! The fries had been sitting awhile! Ordered a Diablo burger got a regular burger with Luke warm meat!!

I ordered a 5 piece chicken strip combo with bbq sauce, a jr a1 burger and jalapeño poppers. I didn’t get my fries or bbq sauce, I asked what the a1 burger had on it and I was told mayo and onion rings and got it with bacon on it. The manager was a manly disrespectful woman who didn’t want to give me my money back after messing up my order.

I always try to give them a shot and it’s always a let down. Slow service, food quality and atmosphere are always a disappointment here. The burgers always have over cooked meat and touch mayonnaise and ketchup on them. It always takes FOREVER to get your food. I understand it takes time to make it but there is never anyone there so why does it take 20 minutes to get your food when you’re the only customer there. WHY is it ALWAYS dirty in the restaurant? There are no customers and yet there are always dirty tables. I only go there to remind me why I don’t like to go there.
