The food was bad I had the spicy hamburger it was dry and the star nuggets I think that’s what they are called were old. I’m not even going to talk bout how old and cold the fries were. I had Carl’s at a truck stop with my wife months ago and it was amazing but not this one it was hot trash to be honest. I would rather eat dry sand it might taste better than what I had today.

Not only was the cashier super hateful because we asked him if they had chicken strips, (mind you I can’t see the sign I have poor vision) this guy prepared our food without gloves, rubbed his runny nose into the palm of his hand and then proceeded to kiss a coworker while the manager yelled at him to stop. I chunked my food in the garbage. Didn’t even touch it. Never coming here again. Please don’t come here unless you want to get sick!!!

Used mobile order for pickup. Arrived at drive thru was told i had to come in for order. I was not wearing shoes so preferred drive thru. Was told to come in where i had to walk barefoot on their sticky floored establishment. Manager was a hispanic lady. Why have drive thru option on app if your going to make me come in?

The food was amazing. The drive thru cashier Seth Jackson was awesome and helped me figure out which burgers had what without complaining at all.

To be fair, I have ate at this Carl Jr’s many times over the years, and this is the first issue, so thats why a 2 and not a 1 …but this was bad.

Burgers are always good, grilled and charbroiled and there fries are ok, they have decent prices and id highly recommend over there competitor mc donalds & burgerking

This is a great little burger. Jalapeño double cheeseburger $3.49. Fresh and full of flavor with some kick! Beats the other chain burger places. Service was friendly, with a smile. Drive through was fast too.

Carl’s Jr. used to have a 6-pack of cinnamon bisquets for a very reasonable price. Now they’re selling cinnamon rolls for $3.09 that are small and tasteless. Not a good value and we won’t be back, ever!
