The cook didnt wear gloves till i mentioned him not wearing gloves while making our food, i went through the drive thru and no one was there inside or outside the man at the window made us pull forward and it took atleast 20 minutes for us to get our food. The order was wrong and had to go inside and have it fixed. The workers are very rude and act like customers are bothering them when we place our order. Very very dissatisfied

I don’t even wanna give this place a star but it don’t give me that option I went there and got a number one and a western burger with extra sauce and the number 1 burger with no tomato’s well we get up there and the guy didn’t talk at all and he handed us our food when we asked him for katchup he slammed the door in our faces and we set there for a minute he looked at us and never said anything well we are eating and the western has no sauce and the onion rings was so hard that I couldn’t even brake it in half and the number 1 had tomato and no lettuce. What’s sad is I love this place but every time we come here with that guy in the drive through he’s so disrespectful and so rude.

Poor management. The manager plays favorites to all his family members that work there. The managers talk about their employees with other employees. They are not professional at all and speak to you with total disrespect. The manager will call you lazy and petty. This is literally the worst place I have ever worked. You can only be disrespected and belittled so much. I do not recommend this carls to anyone.

I love their biscuits!!. The best biscuits and gravy that I have found. I hate McDonald’s because they crumble horribly. I love Carl’s sausage gravy its not too spicy or thick like paste. I hate McDonald’s gravy too hot and spicy thick like glue you want to add some milk to their paste but the absolute worst sausage gravy/biscuits I have had is Cracker Barrel which is surprising because biscuits/gravy is such a southern classic.
