It’s just like we remembered it. My mama worked at carls in glenmora for as long as I can remember and Parrish has honored his dad’s legacy for sure. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is relaxed. Madelyn is the best waitress we have ever had. Make sure you ask for her section and tip her good! Also check out that cute guy that works in the kitchen. His name is Nathan. Excellent experience all the way around.

Just a nice place to eat. Seafood platter was pretty good..the service from waitress was on point, professional, friendly. The owner was out meeting the customers, also checking them out at register, having conversations with them, trying to interact…and that’s awesome !! Good little spot in oakdale!

I’m a little put off by the fact that there is no way of knowing how much you’re paying till you get to the register. The chairs are not confortable. I have really bad knees,back,and hip…I was sitting like it might break and I would need to grab something fast so as not to end up on the floor. Not made for everyone.

We held our monthly meeting at Carl’s. Our server was attentive. My thin and crispy fish and baked potato was great. My daughter ordered grilled shrimp and baked potato. We both ordered meals to go for our husbands. The other members meals were good also. My daughter and I ordered a regular fish and baked potato for our meals to go. When I got home, I found I had fries instead of the baked potato I had ordered. I called Carl’s and was told when I come in the next time I would receive a baked potato at no charge! We plan on using Carl’s for our meeting place each month.
