Counter person helping me was extremely helpful! Slices were not heated up and barely warm. The chicken parm and white slices were good. The chicken parm had good taste and crust was good but the whote had major flop. Again, both were barely Luke warm and I didn’t ask for it like that. Will try again.

I love this place but i just ordered today jul 7, I found a nail on my food!! I’ve never had this issue with them ever. I’m sure it’s a mistake but I nearly broke my teeth. And now I’m grossed out. So many of us loyal carlos fans know the quality was slipping . I was just in for a slice after being out if town for a few months and wow the cheese is different for the better and frank was flipping pies.. The quality has gone up recently and it shows. The staff arent nasty teenagers with an attitude they now are polite .. check them out again jf you stopped going.

Worst experience ever!!! It was our second time there, the first time we was so pleaseful but the second time was horrible. First I place my order over the counter a told to the girl that I wants a PAN PEPPERONI pizza and one slice of PAN PENNE A ALLA VODKA, With another things…. we took the order and for our sorprise when we was in home the pepperoni pizza was thin and the penne a alla vodka too. My family doesn’t like the thin pizza so I called and I let them know the mistake “the girl” said: you didn’t say anything about pan pizza and I said to her: yes I did. So basically she said: if you want the other pie you have to pay the difference and wait for 30 min. I said: not problem I’ll be there in 30 min. We I went back to the restaurant I brought with me the wrong pie and for my surprise they took the pie and put him back to the kitche!! First question: they ignore the health of department regulations??? YOU NEVER EVER SHOULD PUT BACK FOOD IN THE KICHEN IF THE FOOD ALREADY WAS IN THE HANDS OF THE CUSTOMER. Them they make me wait more time to received my correct order. At the moment that they gave me my correct order they never said: “i’m sorry” this is sad and is a very bad experiencied I defnetely not recomend this place. And I think the owner was there and he didn’t said anything.

Last 6 times at lease, called in order, 20-25 minutes, get there early, pay, watch the 5 kids watch my pizza come out and then sit there for 20 more minutes because they tell me thats not mine. Or, they just forget to call out names as they should. Service very disappointing. And most food is too. Just convenient, thats all.

I have rated them very good in the past but very disappointed in current pizza taste and customer service. Pizza had no flavor to it at all and very greasey and only had cheese on it…..I can see if I had pepperoni or something else and the garlic knots were absent any garlic or oil which I asked for extra and received none.
