Carlos doing Italian pizza? Isn’t Carlos a Spanish name? Well surprise surprise Pie is very good. I had the upside down slice. Excellent. Crust might need a little bit of work to be an authentic NY Pie but I will keep coming back. Great location. Fast service. Fresh ingredients.

I don’t understand all of these negative reviews but I can tell you that these are all wrong. I have been going to their East Meadow store for years even though I live in Glen Cove because of their amazing food and I’m so happy they opened a new store in Glen Head because it’s much closer to my house. Their pizza is incredible and the dinners/catering never fail to please my family and I. Best Italian in the North Shore!! Try the Chicken Parm and Penne Ala Vodka!
