Good place to stop if you’re in the area near Swedish Medical Center. The parking at Swedish is atrocious. Drop off your loved one and go get a Caribou coffee. Better quality than Starbucks, but this is probably stating the obvious.

My wife, adult son and I visited this coffee shop for the first time yesterday afternoon and really enjoyed it. The location was convenient, the outside of the shop was pleasing to the eye, there was adequate parking, we were welcomed upon entering, the employee who took our order was friendly, patient, and efficient, our coffee and pastries were delicious! and reasonably priced, there was plenty of different kind of seating in the clean dining room, there were lots of bags of coffee, cups, etc., for sale nicely placed on displays in the shop, there was free, working, Wi-fi, the one restroom was clean (the other was closed for repair), and the A/C kept the temp cool & comfortable in the dining room.

I tried their cold matcha with bubbles – so creamy and the bubbles are just fantastic, the summer quencher peach with black tea – just the right amount of sweetness, both are really great and delicious. My husband got his favorite turtle mocha caribou cooler blended beverage. We’re both happy about our choices.

Horrible customer service. It feels as though the workers are annoyed they have to serve you, especially if you have to think about what you want. Also, if you have a service pet DO NOT BOTHER, going in. They are extremely against pets entering, even service pets with documentation.
