I love this place! The coffee is delicious. I love you can choose the kind of chocolate that goes in your mocha. I also love the ice coffee. You can’t see from the front, but there is a drive through behind the building. they have EINSTEIN bagels too!!! They have so many delicious options!!!!

I have lived in this area for the last 10 years and love it. I have frequently gone and studied here throughout my education journey and never had an issue with the timing or the coffee until this morning. My husband and I had to wait more than 20 minutes for our two drinks had zero thoughtfulness from the cashier who took our card no apology, no hello no greeting whatsoever and even more they didn’t know what our order was which was very frustrating. additionally the latte milk was burnt and the coffee was very watery. Also, we were not given straws or napkins so had to go in again…

I really love this place and the people here are friendly and approachable, until the manager CHRISTINA came, that woman who has poorest customers service I’ve encountered! As I don’t want to share my number for points. I have the app for them to scan and as I used to pay! As I drive to window she told me “hey we are doing new process we are getting numbers to make the service faster” Woman, first and foremost you don’t call me “hey” and the service become slower we have to wait for approximately 5 minutes for two drinks! my partner and I never had an issues with our drink before! since you came our drink got mess up! As simple as bravé you mess it up! Doesn’t say thank you at all and rolled your eyes on me! Very rude for a manager! I never had manager suggested me call the customer service for my points coz u don’t want to scan my app. It’s saddening because they have nice people on that coffee shop. Since we ordered from her our drinks didn’t taste right. Sucks she works in customer service. She’s terrible!

when i was 15, i went here with some friends. an older man was being extremely inappropriate towards us, and when we told a barista, they wouldn’t let the man come back in. it made us all feel much safer, knowing there were adults to look out for us. a few years later, i came through the drive thru crying, and the lady working there was such a sweetie. the coffee’s great, and the staff makes it such a welcoming atmosphere! thanks for everything 🙂

My favorite coffee ever! It’s smooth and rich. Plus I swear I get a better pick me up from this coffee than any other coffee joint I’ve ever visited. The staff is always super friendly. They have milk alternatives. Oh, and if you like mochas they’ve got white chocolate, milk chocolate and dark chocolate. You can get blended, iced, or hot coffee. Highly recommend! Also they serve breakfast items. I love the white chocolate raspberry scone. I don’t like white chocolate, but this thing is amazing. Ask them to warm it up.
