It’s the worst experience ever!! I bought gift card for $20 for my grandparents and when they tried to use it it was empty so I returned to caribou and she said oh my mistake and put the $20 dollars again and when they tried to use it after 2 days it was empty again! This is really embarrassing and not professional! The rep Beth didn’t want to return my money back! And she said I don’t know what’s going on and I told her I don’t want this to happen again and I want to use the gift card now to make sure it has money but she said the gift card does not upload until after midnight!!

I usually go to the caribou inside Hy-Vee on 57th and Cliff. A couple of the baristas seem “meh” about being there but for the most part I get warm greetings and smiles. I don’t venture too far from my iced coffee but it’s delicious every time.

One of my favorite Wichita coffee places! The combination of good service/friendly faces, a super cute and comfortable shop, AND delicious drinks make it perfect. Those are my three favorite things to find at a coffee shop, and Ecclesia checks all of the boxes!Great coffee. Atmosphere is great for good conversation, working, meetings, or studying.

I had a free drink on my rewards program and the guy checking me out kept saying it was a free size upgrade. Later I called the perks customer service and they said it was redeemed but gave it back to me anyway. It was great tasting but maybe use a different location for perks. His mistake cost me $5. I’m just glad they fixed it when I called in.

The chocolate mint mocha was wonderful. The raspberry white chocolate scone was at least 3 days old, if not longer, it was very dry & crumbly. Beware when the bakery items are half off on Tuesdays.
