I have a drink that I get almost daily in my home town and have gotten it in other areas. I went over the specifics with them showing them the drink on the app as i didn’t see it on the menu. I was told they could do it. When they handed it to me and it wasn’t blended I apologized and asked if I could get it blended as that’s what I had asked for. The girl was rude and told me that the drink doesn’t come blended. A couple of the girls started to make fun of me for using the app. “That’s whats wrong with that app… I wish people wouldn’t use the app. These drinks aren’t a thing” laughing and going on for a while. I said if it’s too much trouble I could just get my money back. The one girl said it was ok and asked them to blend it. The other girl refused and gave it back to her to do. They then continued to make fun of me. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so horrible at any coffee establishment or restaurant for that matter. I never went back nor will I ever again if I ever stay in the area again. I got my daily coffee while there at Scooter’s. Which I highly recommend as they were super friendly and kind.

It’s the Saturday of 4th of July weekend, and I came to this Caribou as I always get a nice coffee vacation. I was the next person in line after waiting over 10 minutes already. They said they’re going on break, and not taking anymore orders. I understand needing a break- totally get it, but leaving the shop closed while there is a line for them to take a break at the same time seems strange. Also, they were just so rude about it. I asked when their break was going to start because I have a toddler in the car waiting and once again, so rude. I would have gotten a latte here for the next 4 days, but won’t be coming back due to the rude staff.

Love this coffee shop! Caribou Coffee is expensive for me but once in a while I treat myself to a caramel espresso shaker or iced triple mocha. The service at this location is always friendly and quick. Plus it’s inside the Hugos grocery store so you can pick up donuts or bars to go with the coffee.

During my visit my wait time before being served was ‘0’. Was unsure what I wanted. Asked for a suggestion. Service was fast, friendly and direct. The goal was to satisfy, and that is exactly what happened.

1. All of the workers that were here at 11:30am-12:00pm on May 28th, 2023 in the Park Rapid’s Hugo’s were working at a snail’s pace. In the application it specifically says it is a fast paced environment, yet none of these ladies worked at a fast pace. 2. I asked for no whipped cream on my campfire cooler since I’m severely lactose intolerant. They made it with whipped cream, and when I gently corrected their mistake they didn’t remake it, just scraped off the whipped cream(and didn’t add the now-missing drizzle and marshmallows). 3. They forgot about my cakepop and when I asked for it they had an attitude. It was doughy when I took a bite :(. I’ve worked in fast food and know what it’s like to work in this environment, and they were NOT fit for it. Very upset at this interaction 🙁

Went there today and met the snobbiest little girl I’ve ever met in customer service. She had blonde hair and glasses I believe . So rude and when I said thank you she took a big sigh and said “yup” and making smart remarks while I was ordering I can see why this place is always closed . The energy was gross
