I’ve only gone through the drive thru at this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My orders have always been quick and correct. I appreciate that Caribou has lids that don’t need straws!

I’ve never been to drive thru, and I only went inside once, but let me tell yall about the absolutely mind-blowing, sock knocking, jaw-dropping drink that a lovely barrista Zoe made me. By no coincidence does the name Zoe mean life, because the drink she gave me gave me a breath of life these old 17 yo bones never thought they would feel again. I have no idea what the drink that she made was called, but it was so fruitylisious, explosively carbonated, and tastefully crafted that I haven’t forgotten about it even 2 months after my consumption of it.

Pretty sad a “Walk Up” cabin won’t help walk ups. Daughter stood there for 10 minutes while drive thru got helped only. Told her just a minute and never took her order. Car after car in the drive thru got service. On a time crunch she walked away empty handed

The service is always great when I go. Sadly I just became aware that every time I’ve been going your employees are adding on gratuity/tip without asking me. It’s underhanded that they are tipping themselves and deciding so with my and Likely all your customers money as well

The coffee was great as always with one exception it took 20 minutes in line to get a cup of coffee at7:40 am to 8:00 am . If you are going to offer sandwiches then maybe you should purchase an additional machine in order to expedite the process ?

Usually have such a great experience with this location but was irritated this morning that the drive through attendant was serving me (and my car full of kids) without a mask on. Certainly doesn’t make customers feel comfortable during a pandemic. Hope they can remedy this situation before they loose customers.

I have been having an enjoy of buying my matcha latte over there but I have the bad experience of both location at willmar they add 2 % milk when I order coconut milk and the lady of both places telling me the order comes with 2 % milk when even in the web page says coconut milk . Starting my day very bad because of them loose a everyday customer .
