Maggie helped us with our order and she was so friendly and answered all of our questions 🙂 I also thought their trivia board was so fun and creative. The drinks themselves were delicious but may be too sweet for some people. I love the variety of flavors they had!

All the workers were talking to their friends and did not help me right away as they were more concerned about their gossip than a customer, took one person 15 minutes to make my coffee and I’m the only one in the shop. Needing better customer service

Great new location on the first floor of the Kenwood Village apartment complex. Einstein bagels plus Caribou coffee, so good food and coffee. Really nice service, especially for it being their first day open, someone knows what they’re doing. Seating is a bit limited, but cozy. Also includes a drive thru!

Always consistent, whether in Minneapolis or Duluth. The staff was quick to get our order, admit it was a rush time, but got our food and drinks out promptly. Could sit inside by the gas fireplace. Our toddler could roam around without bothering others. The place was clean and the bathroom was open to patrons. Wi-Fi was free and easy to access. And we loved trying the mini-donut muffin, blueberry cream cheese Danish and egg souffle. Plenty of breakfast options and all were tasty. Thanks so much!

This is my regular Caribou location. I would come here when I was going to the Walgreens across the street or to the mall to do errands. They are always so good. Never had a bad experience here. I will miss the staff.

I go here all the time probably like 4 times a week since I live so close and first they took forever. I am in line for about 15 mins each time. Its annoying and also last time I got a coffee it tasted like water. I even had all my roommates try it and they said it wasn’t coffee. It was So BAD! I wanted to back and ask for refund but it would of taken me 15 mins to even talk to someone. It was a sad morning without coffee. I spend lots of money here and now I am skeptical of going.
