Kinda bummed. Drove here to surprise my husband for our anniversary with a nice coffee to wake up to…. spent 13 dollars on two drinks and tipped only to get home and dump out both drinks because they tasted awful. Was really looking forward to starting our morning off right but unfortunately it won’t be because of caribou…. seems like everytime I go it’s hit or miss these days with the consistency of the drinks. I worked for caribou for a few years and it’s a shame that you can’t rely on the drink to taste the same when you go. Guess it’s time to take my business to scooters coffee. I have always been a caribou gal but I can’t afford the waste anymore.

I stopped in for a drink with a friend because we hadn’t been there in a while so we also didn’t know the menu at all. We did come in just before 8 but didn’t realize that was closing time. The lady behind the counter didn’t greet us, didn’t say anything kind. I asked her if the refresher was still around and she stated nope that’s Starbucks I giggled and apologized and said oh I’m sorry I don’t go to either enough. Then I asked her what exactly the summer vibe drinks are and she said, that’s the bousted drink, I asked what’s that and she rudely stated “a drink” then yelled for the guy working and said help them. after that he came over and helped, he was great, explained what the drinks were and helped us out. After that we literally sat for 2 seconds when the rude lady (short hair, younger heavier set female) said “you can’t be in here” and we thought ok why? But she already walked away. So we started laughing at how ridiculously rude she was. It’s sad that she hates her job and was having a bad day and took it out on my friend and I. Won’t be back due to her complete Disregard to us as customers, or people rather. Hopefully one day she will realize this is not acceptable at all and it’s horrible for business. Good luck.

If you’re going to go to a chain coffee place, why not come here? Consistently tasty coffee, friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Blaine’s Caribou is a smaller one, but no less inviting and cozy.

I’m leaving a bad review only because I did not appreciate the comment made by the lady barista earlier. I paid over $6 for a small cooler and asked for no bubbles. It was made twice because of the bubbles. I didn’t mind waiting at all. What got me was when she said, “here’s your free drink” and handed me a small cooler that wasn’t even full to the top. I’ll still go to caribou to get my cooler but I’m not going back to this location.

My wife and I go to Caribou just about every morning for coffee. Today will be the last day. Two days in a row all the tables were used up be cause people are on their computer using Caribou’s wifi to do their office work on. They are using a table and they are the only ones on it. Caribou should have a section just for computer work. If all the tables are used up then they have to go elsewhere like we have to. With all the different coffee shops going up all over the Twin City’s. You would think that Caribou would try and satisfy the customers that are there to have coffee and relax. Dunn Brothers were we come.

The worst caribou in the city. This location here is always rude, make you feel bad if you ask for anything different, they never greet you, they just take no pride in anything their doing. There is a tattooed blonde lady who runs drive through alot who is so rude. She actually got mad at me for asking to have my croissants heated up, even though I had initially asked for them warm. So mad she threw them in a bag melting with no napkins or dividers. (See picture)
