Asked for light ice and they filled it past the “ice line” on the side of the cup! Honestly this is just blatantly rude and now they hold the card reader out expecting you to tip on drinks/service you haven’t even received yet! Stay away from this caribou.

Coffee people who know coffee. If you know the difference between acidic & bright from earthy deep, they can ensure you get the one you like. They also make those dessert smoothy coffee drinks teens and pseudo-coffee lovers like. The outside has cite bistro style tables and chairs with umbrellas for sun shade or to keep you dry in a light rain (like the one happening now).

This Caribou has been one I’ve gone to repeatedly, having never had a bad experience here. The employees are always friendly, and have never made a single mistake whenever I order here. Being one of the few Plymouth locations with a drive-thru is also a huge plus!
