This was the most high end Caribou I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to. The line moved incredibly fast and service was impeccable. I’ve taken my cousin there several times now and have never been disappointed

Terrible… I needed to repeat few times ( more than 3 times) what I want and they still gave me the wrong drink. Totally not what I ordered. The sandwich was cold… I just threw it away and on top of all that It took them 15 minutes to serve me. Don’t recommend that location.

The interior is nice, staff is friendly and service is prompt. I don’t enjoy the product so much, the drink I tried recently was a Matcha cooler with bubbles and it was not very tasty. Before that I tried a strawberry mango smoothie which tasted weird like artificial sweeteners. I also tried a decaffeinated chocolate cooler which was ok.

For the 2nd time. I spilt my coffee all over myself while driving. The lids are not put on all the way and when you go to put them on again they don’t fit. HOT COFFEE. For a coffee that is $8…..I would expect a cup that closes properly.

I buy from caribou religiously and we ask for blended and the amount of ice that is at the bottom of our cups every time is ridiculous. I understand every once in a while but the amount we pay for the coffee it should be blended. We will just go to a different caribou. The one by the Dam blends them very nicely.

My experience as a customer, this location has staff that has always been consistently friendly and helpful. So much so I decided to join their crew! They could use more space because seating gets limited when they get busy.

Friendly and fresh- we go out of our way to come to this location. The employees are always super friendly and give our pups treats. The drinks are made the same every time, you can guarantee that your go-to will be perfect always. I love coffee and appreciate having a good coffee shop close to home.

Drinks always taste terrible from this location. Everyone that goes to this location always complains. I have had multiple drinks remade and they still taste the same. My child doesn’t even like this location. It’s extremely frustrating when you are paying over 6.00 a drink and it still tastes terrible. I would suggest a different location as it only seems to be this one. Any other caribou is fabulous. I’m not sure if it’s the batista or the machine needing to be calibrated. But everytime this location always disappoints. I will drive out of my way from now on to go to a different location who can handle making the drink properly when you have to pay so much for it.

Please stir your drinks. The oatmilk press w cold foam was bitter didn’t even look like oatmilk was added. The main street location was mixed with the cold foam on top. I do not know why it would be made so different.
