Came here yesterday afternoon to two new faces and the drinks was watery which was weird concerning that it was supposed to be frozen drink…. anyway the point is my kids got so sick that night with a high temperature now I’m thinking bout pressing charges with the two people who was working there that afternoon round 7pm August 25/2023

I have been a regular drive thru customer (2-4 times weekly) 1-2 years or more. On Wed (11/9) I was charged approx 70 cents more than I had been charged on Mon of the same week. I was told it was an increase on the sweetener. Seemed a little high, but I wanted my tea and needed to get to a class at church. I had the regular cost ready to pay, but was a little short, so I used my charge card. I didn’t get a receipt, so that night I checked on line and found I was charged approx 25 to 30 cents more than I had been told.

I love Caibou, however this store is horrible! They don’t know the correct pricing for the drinks so they over charge for everything. I ordered a drink which they wanted me to pay over $6 for, I drove away and went to caribou down the street. They charged $3.85 for the same exact drink, SAME DAY, less than 1 mile apart. DONT GO TO THIS STORE, drive just a tad farther to a better one.
