It is an awkward drive-through, but it is a drive-through, I encourage everybody to walk in and go back into the restaurant since Covid, it’s so much easier, the service is fast, and you won’t get stuck in the line outside! The dark hot chocolate is a favorite, so if you haven’t had their dark, give it a try! Also, it’s wheelchair accessible and I took a picture of the dining area so you could see how easy it is to get in adaptive equipment.

The person at the counter taking orders was oblivious to people waiting to order, was extremely slow, unfriendly and never asked about perks. He acted as if it was an inconvenience for him to be there. I had to go back to the counter to ask for half and half. Very disappointed!!! Caribou use to be my favorite place to buy coffee. Not so much anymore.

This is a Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bagels all in one place. There was fast and friendly service. The tables could be better cleaned and bussed quicker. There also isn’t an area to drop off used baskets.

It’s the little things – and this is a very little thing. I got a black coffee in a real mug this morning. The barista rinsed my mug with hot water before filling it with coffee. It takes three seconds and increases my enjoyment of my coffee. Thanks.

At this caribou the staff are so friendly. When I go through the drive through with my dog they always give him a pupcup. I really like that they do that and be gets so excited for his treat

The line here is always insanely long, and the drive through is designed incredibly poorly. I have been in line waiting for a mobile order for over twenty minutes on multiple occasions in the last week. I will have to stop coming here.

This location has a very busy drive thru, which leads to rushed drink-making. The last couple of times I’ve been here, my cappuccino has looked like a latte, and my companion’s drink hasn’t come with the extra espresso shot ordered.

This store has been downgraded! They dont have essentials, EVER like cream and sugar which go hand and hand with coffee. No drink stoppers, which means coffee spills all over. Hopefully, improvement comes soon, to be par with rest of the caribou
