We stopped in to hang out on a snowy Sunday and were not disappointed. Caribou was clean, well organized and welcoming. My daughter and I spent an enjoyable 1/2 hour relaxing and reading. It was a lovely time.

Pretty spacious for coffee, easy to get from almost anywhere on campus and across the street from the Green Line LRT. Tried the Mint Condition mocha. Tasty.

Amazing and better than Starbucks! I normally order the white pumpkin mocha or the mint condition mocha. Both are amazing as a hot, iced or blended beverage. There is lots of seating available and I see many people studying or working here. If you don’t have their app yet, download it now!

This location is always my go to whenever I need a drink/coffee. I love it here because it’s never too packed up like starbucks. The atmosphere is chill. Staff are nice and energetic. Would definitely recommend to people nearby.

Rude Staff. Was here to grab coffee and give my friend her ipad. Wasn’t even inside for 3 minutes before out of nowhere a rude gentleman started snapping/yelling and clapping his hands together saying we need to get out, we can’t just stand in there, people haven’t been listening to him all day and some other excuses. I kindly said 1, he can lower his voice, 2 he can calm down and 3 he needs to learn better customer service. I am a manager at my job and if I ever spoke to a customer like that I would be packing my box and looking for a new job. Obviously this poor soul had some other life issues going on. I have never been snapped at like that by a worker at any establishment. I suggest they maybe get this man whatever help he needs. It was like 7:30 PM, there was one other person in there. If he can’t handle working at Caribou I maybe suggest he try a job where he doesn’t have to work with customers directly because this role isn’t for him.
