I’ve always ordered the drive thru and never stepped inside until black Friday for a depth charge. What I love about this location is the modern setup. Although smaller compared to its other locations, this one is one of the cleanest.

Not a good experience today. Rare that this is the case. Went through drive through and my bacon egg and cheese bagel was not cooked fully. Cold in the center. Other than that I am a huge caribou fan and will keep coming back, just maybe not to this location as frequently. I microwaved my sandwich when I got to work :/

There are some bozos in here; it’s hit or miss as to whether you’ll receive all of your order, and the wait times can be incredible even when clearly fully staffed. (I always go inside the shop). The drive thru seems to be the thing, which I can understand, but I hope they tend to drive thru customers better than they typically do for customers inside the shop.

Had a very odd experience with this visit. I ordered a hot coffee drink with steamed milk and the drive through attendant said they “might” be able to steam the milk in my drink, but the barista might be too busy for that. I got to the window and they gave me a drink with steamed milk, which is what I asked for. However, it gave me the impression my request wasn’t reasonable, which is my complaint here. Of course the barista would make a drink that required steamed milk (take a latte for example), so should they steam milk for any other drink when requested. I know the whole world is still understaffed and these employees are asked to do too much for too little but it doesn’t mean you can’t provide reasonable service and consider a customer request without making them feel they are unreasonable. I thank the barista today, and every barista who makes our days just a bit better.

We were given a completely wrong drink order. I ordered a hot chocolate in the drive through but received a large coffee. They called it a hot chocolate as they handed it out, though. As with any drive through coffee place, it’s too hot to sip right away, so I didn’t notice until getting home, and at that point it’s not worth going back to correct an order. The other drink was correct at least.
