Good coffee but VERY expensive. TOO expensive! Bathrooms work, clean & clear building, nice location, etc. I come there often. Celebrating a pay raise & a promotion with a caramel frappachina macchiato cocoa coffee drink. Commemorating an NY & FI trip with an expensive coffee. Customer service is GREAT. The employees working there are always very nice, but my drink has been made wrong on several occasions. I often order online but this has been an issue both with order ahead and ordering through the drive thru. I’m always very disappointed when my drink isn’t what I order.

The company website says this branch is only open till 4:00pm but it’s actually open till 6:00pm. It’s a pleasant location with friendly service. I had a breakfast sandwich as an early evening meal while meeting with colleagues in a volunteer project. I’ll be back.

Usually I am very content with this caribou location. However, today I got a medium iced Carmel crafted press. And 45 minutes or so later, while I was still drinking it, I noticed green stuff floating in the bottom of my cup. I searched it and it could possibly either be MOLD or ALGAE. Algae happens from them not properly cleaning they’re machines and the mold would be from them using old expired products. I don’t know which one it is, but I felt really gross after seeing it, knowing I drank around half of the drink already. Really disgusting and disappointing.

Good service, always very nice people working, but the communication and reading of specifications on their drinks needs changing ASAP. I cannot have the “boust” energy syrup in any of my drinks, but time and time again I’ve had to go back or call them to tell them that they put the energy syrup in my drinks. I have bad reactions to the syrup because of my medications and I’ve told them that and the manager has assured me that they’ve related this to the rest of the staff but it happened again today. Other times, they’ve made an iced drink hot or given me the wrong drinks. There needs to be better communication when making drinks.

Had this wonderful young lady serve me at the long lake location! I believe her name was Danielle. The coffee was perfect and she was very sweet! Will definitely be coming to this location again! I happened to notice that she was not yet up on the recognition door by all the birthday cards? She definitely deserves to be up there, she’s always happy on the job and does her best to cheer the customers up!
