This location is great but there must be a manager that trained all the staff to say “so do you have any plans today or what are your plans today?” Few people can pull this off well and it’s off-putting and creepy, please stop.

Best Caribou experience EVER today! I frequent this location 3-4 times a week and staff is always upbeat and pleasant – however today, I placed an order on the mobile app and accidentally picked the wrong store. Staff was SO sweet and understanding, helped get my order made immediately so I didn’t need to wait longer, and took care of coordinating with the other store so I didn’t need to pay again. Paul helped me at the counter and was just so sweet, but the entire staff was we wonderful (even after having to make my drinks when they were already so busy). Love love love this location!

Great little place. Usually service is pretty quick and they keep the line moving. Staff is always friendly. They only thing that’s disappointing is the breakfast sandwiches are pre made and they can’t alter them. Not their fault that’s why I’m not knocking them down.

The gal who was at the window and on the speaker was one of the most cheerful and high-level customer service reps that I’ve ever experienced! Her bubbly demeanor and peppy attitude really made my day brighter! The coffee was also one of the best iced mochas I’ve had from Caribou ever!

Stopped to get a coffee on my way to work today and had hands down the most positive & welcoming experience in any drive thru. The three staff members working this morning were extremely personable and so nice. It just goes to show how simple kindness can totally change your mood for the day. Bravo to them 🙂

The employees at this location are great but i need to be heard!!!!! The employees of this store please don’t take affence. Caribou corporate took away the ability to get the extra large with your points even if all you buy is exta large and they raised the price by another 20 cents. How often is this going to take place, it’s annoying also completely unfair!! I really wanted to do 5 stars for service and 0 stars for the company overall.
