First off, the environment is awesome. I have been to A LOT of Caribous and most of them feel the same. But this one, I walked in and it hit me with a fresh, open, unique vibe. It has lots of comfy chairs, a great sitting area in front of a fireplace, and even nice end tables with outlets. On top of that, I happen to come when the registers were down but the staff served well and did an excellent job adapting on the go. Would highly recommend you Stop On By!

i’m not one to leave a bad review, but I had gotten a lumberjack breakfast sandwich & it was not very good. My eggs were cold, my meat was cold. Good employees just a bad sandwich for 8 dollars.

Cant order the bagel you want because they just microwave and premade breakfast sandwich, and they are not really that good. Dont waste your money go to McDonald’s or the holiday next door. Wish all the caribous had the bruegger’s in them.

This is not a real coffee shop. They open the store just as a hobby when they like to. Caribou should shut down this store if they cannot run it. It infact ruins the reputation of their brand !

I stopped in on a Saturday at 1:50, sat at the drive through for a while with no answer, there were 4 cars behind me. I pulled up to the window and there was a girl sweeping the floor. She looked up at me and shook her head and looked back down. Now, at this point, there’s no “closed” sign, I’m not from Medina, and Google is saying it’s open till 6pm? The girl looks up again, flicks me off and mouths “we’re closed B***”… wow, nice, keepin it classy Caribou of Medina! Yuck, at least come to the intercom and say, I’m sorry, we’re closed. Lost my service forever. If I could rate a zero I would.

This place is never open or varies the time it opens. Went there this morning and the open sign is on but find out they are closed on Mondays? Seriously. I went another time at 6:05 when they open at 6:00 am and they asked me to wait in the drive thru. I’m never stopping here again. Total waste of my time.

Several things to say about our visit. For starters don’t post a sign saying face masks are requested/recommended when absolutely none of the staff is wearing them. Just bad business in these times especially for people looking for those mask required places. Secondly it didn’t seem like anyone there knew what they were doing. Orders were wrong or not called out. Nothing labeled. My drink a simple iced mocha didn’t have any flavor. Very very poor experience

Quick service but not always neatly made. I went here with a friend who worked at a caribou before and he told me how messy our drinks were made and wouldn’t pass at his old location. When I went there the workers weren’t wearing their mask and was talking to a friend and kind of just ignoring me and my friend. Maybe give the workers a talking to so they focus on their jobs first then talk to their friends. Store is always clean though.
