I went to this location multiple times while in the area. The staff were not unfriendly but they certainly didn’t seem like they enjoyed their jobs. No one smiled when greeting you and just kind of went through the motions, except for one time but I never caught her name. I will say, obviously none of this stopped me from coming in multiple times so it really wasn’t that bad. I got everything I ordered in a reasonable amount of time and it was all just as delicious as I remembered it being.

This place is great! Friendly staff and very accommodating to special orders. I had a staff member tell me a different way to order my favorite drink to save me money! I go to many caribou restaurants but this one is always my favorite. The drinks taste better. Maybe it is the genuine smiley faces but whatever it is I love this Bou!

Horrible service what a joke waited over 10 minutes to get my one order 3 people came behind me one of the employees has to ask he coworker if she was getting the in house orders and said oh I didn’t see it. She could clearly see us standing there and waiting. and the other customers they got their order before me and was in insulted by the worker asking if I wanted a free bakery item. I should have been given my money back and a free coffee in stead. They didn’t seem to care at all

Had to ask if they still do the rewards program being you have to ask every time you come here. Coffee cake and lemon poppyseed slices were dry and hard as a rock so we put them in the microwave for 15 sec. to soften them and they were still dry and rock hard, pretty obvious they were really old. LOL to top off this awesome experience I found a couple of 4-5 inch long hairs in my drink…not a good way to start the day so I think I am done with Caribou Coffee after this.

I like the setting, just inside Coborne’s, and the coffee was great, along with our light lunch. I didn’t like that I was done with my sandwich before my decaf coffee was ready. They need to work on that a little bit.

So it took 5 months for me to encounter another morning of arguing with the rudest person. I can never get her name but shes the only b.lady who works mornings. Everyone else has always been nice to me including that boy that just started i think. I like to come here for the convenience(next to work). I spend sooo much money here, no más!!!

They always have my decaf cold pressed iced coffee here when many other stores are out. Coffee the keto way for me… with heavy whip and sugar free vanilla in it. ❤ The staff is always friendly too.
