I struggle with this location. In the last 6 months to a year I never get a consistent drink. They either give me the wrong milk, wrong chocolate (or seemingly no chocolate), add the whip when I ask for none, etc. etc. It makes me wonder if they’re giving me decaf as I ask ha. Many days I take a sip and I gag. It’s definitely frustrating since I don’t think I have a difficult order. Prices are way too high to have such an inconsistent experience.

love this place and personally used to work here but lately there has been issues in consistency in making drinks properly. when someone asks for alternative milk please listen! someone could have an allergy and you guys need to listen to that and make sure you’re reading the screens! specially when someone is paying extra for it! you guys are great just make sure to be thorough in reading each drink order properly.

Every single time I go to this specific caribou my drink is never made correctly(the drink I get is not hard to make) and the last time I went there it literally tasted like garbage. Wouldn’t recommend this caribou location to anyone. Maybe they need to be trained better ?

You made caribou looses money 2 day and u still got paid very un cool. GROW UP AND BE Kinda to others!!!! Kindness goes a very long way!!!! I ended up going 2 Monicello Caribou and was treated very well no rudeness there…
