I had a delicious bagel with cream cheese. I had 3 different be erages during the multiple hours I was there today. Each drink was amazing. The baristas did a great job making the special drinks. They all definitely deserved tips. I had a good experience . I am addicted to the blended macha with bubbles.

Long wait in drive-thru, drip coffee machine not working, misspelled word on the trivia board (unimportant but tacky), and the blandest crafted press I’ve ever had (the worst offense). I like Caribou but won’t be returning to this one.

Have had average service most times I’ve been here. My last time here they were extremely overwhelmed behind the counter. My issue is that instead of saying to me that they were busy and would be right with me, they yelled at each other to not take any more orders. No one talked to me so I left.

Terrible service. Placed a mobile order, pulled up, they greeted, I told them. Right away began lecturing me about how I just placed it and it would take 5 minutes. I was understanding and even offered if I needed to leave the line and drive around, they said no, but that I would have to if a bunch of cars pile up behind me. 3 cars are waiting a head of me, no one behind me, make it up to the window where the lady opens the window and stares at me, I’m confused so I nicely say, “hi, I had the mobile order.” This crazy lady waved her neck and head at me, eyes wide open. I’m quiet, speechless. She hesitates for a sec and scolds me, “you’re supposed to tell us when you’re here!” I immediately am like, “I did! Why are you scolding me?” She argues that she’s not, I said she scolded me at the intercom and she’s doing it now at the window. She says it was her coworker and slams her window. Another lady, Amy, comes up to the window and asks how she can help. I said I have a mobile order and her co worker didn’t need to talk to me that way. She argues that I didn’t tell anyone I was here, and in my confusion ask how that’s possible when they scolded me for not having my order ready at the intercom, where I told them I was here. She says I drove off, I say I never did, and she says they saw a car leave the line and assumed that was me. I tell her it wasn’t and their assumption is incorrect, I’ve been in line the whole time. Instead of acknowledging they made an assumption and my order would be ready, she chooses to argue with me further and tells me she and her co worker doesn’t deserved to be yelled at, I tell them they’re yelling at me, and her co worker waved her neck and head at me. She says she doesn’t know why she did that but she’ll talk to her. This woman hands me my drink and food and says, “don’t come back to this location!” slamming the window shut. I yell FU and drive off. I want my $2 tip back, they don’t deserve it. I called corporate and they offered me a free drink that expires in 2 weeks!! Weak. I called back and complained in the afternoon to another manager and she didn’t care. So yeah, that’s my story. It seems corporate and the stores have a toxic relationship over their app making ordering harder for stores and customers, but the employees don’t know who the real enemy is and choose to take their frustration out on customers. I’ve had box stores tell me corporate doesn’t understand how it really works in the field, and I’ve always appreciated and understood that, but this? Don’t yell at me because your employer doesn’t value you.

It’s very upsetting that JUST because i went in to order i had to wait longer even with NO LINE to order and get my items than people who are doing drive thru. I have places to go too.

The first person who took my order was wonderful. The others seemed annoyed. So my rating of service doesn’t reflect the first person in the least. I asked for my to be Toasted which i assumed (maybe that was my bad) also meant would be sliced. It wasn’t either of the things I asked for and I ended up waiting after I got my drink for the bagel to be ready.

Always my favorite location. Kindest, friendliest team and I love all the smiles. This time I tried a ham and cheese bou-ritto, didn’t get the hit sauce i ordered with it but still my favorite caribou.

Best Caribou location in the metro, I’ve been to many and this is the gold standard for service. Location is great, they have a drive-thru, they have 2 conference rooms and an open floor plan so you aren’t packed in like sardines. Staff is amazing. Highly recommend this location.

I met a person to complete a FB Marketplace transaction in a public place. The facility is clean and appealing. I would recommend this spot to anybody looking for a nice, quiet spot to meet friends, etc.
