The front desk cashier that was working early morning on 9/1 was rude, didn’t even want to tell me that bathrooms were only for paying customers which I was, gave an attitude when I asked for it. Weird way to let people know that’s how this establishment is ran. But cool, won’t be going back.

Went at like 3 in the afternoon, so the food had been sitting out for a while, and they originally forgot our chocolate chip cookie. The drinks were good, though. There definitely didn’t seem to be enough staff, though. There was one person in front of us, and it took us a while to get our order. Overall, it was meh. It’s not the worst, but not the best.

I love love love their strawberry banana smoothie, with whip cream! I just strongly dislike the fact that you pay almost $2.00 for whipped cream. That’s really speedy! Smoothies are also pretty spendy as well. If I plan on going with another person I know I will for sure be spending a min of $20. I am a perks reward member and i have to spend at least $150 -$200 before I get a free drink. I want to say you get 11cents per dollar or $10 I’m jot sure. So please don’t quote me. All I know is I spend alot of money and it takes forever and a year to get a free drink. Other than that it’s okay. I only come for the scons and smoothies. Hope this helped just a little bit.

The drive thru is consistently slow. They had from what I could see four people working . Only two people in line in drive thru ahead of me . There was barely anyone in line inside the store . So why r they so slow about 15 min is getting ridiculous . Never have I ever seen drive thrus that slow . Get it together!!!!

Got in line for drive thru at 12:02 pm, had my order taken at 12:13 pm and the one drink was finally made and handed to me at 12:22 pm. The drink I ordered and the receipt I got dont match up either. While waiting the almost ten minutes at the pick up window, I notice an employee throw something a way and smash down the garbage with his/her hands, turn around to grab a mixing cup to make a drink for an order.
