Staff are super nice, service is fast, and there is a lot of seating in the store. Brueggers is connected, and those bagels are amazing, so what I usually do is grab a bagel and coffee and eat it in Caribou. This is the perfect study spot and I can’t ask for more!

Nice and quiet place to enjoy coffee while working, writing, reading, or doing anything really. Staff is super nice and they have trivia questions everyday. The coffee is great and the bakery items are too. Best chain in the state.

This was the second time this week, at a different Caribou, where we realized that Caribou (knowingly and intentionally) overcharges for one shot of chocolate (which is my husband’s preference). We were told that they would charge us for two shots of chocolate, even though my husband insisted he only wanted one small shot of chocolate. The employee claimed that there was only button for two shots, but not one for one shot, so we must pay for more than we are getting. This is highly unprofessional and frankly highly unethical. Do better Caribou! We have been loyal customers for years, but this is enough for us to find a new coffee shop, where we are not overcharged.

Excellent location, awesome staff; I can’t say enough good things about this Caribou! Every time I used to go there, I’d buy my medium Mint Condition, sit in one of the comfy chairs in front of the fireplace, and study in the warmth emitted by it… Cozy, I guess is the best way to describe it. Thanks for being there, and providing a warm place to sit, drink good coffee, and study, for all those years!
