Prices are not much better than buying at full price retailers. They charge 70% of the highest listed retail price. Often, you find out later that the items you purchased are either missing pieces, broken, or simply don’t work. Also, they always close earlier than their listed hours.

As always the coffee is good, but the Pastries are more than day old. The apple fritter was dry and hard. I brought it to the baristas attention and was told to ask how old it was before purchase, once I got it it is mine. No exchange or refunds . Caribou is a regular stop for me… NOT this place again.

I drove thru as it wasn’t busy Friday, August 4th at 7:33 am. Ordered a white raspberry scone and a breakfast sandwich, no drink as DD has bigger containers. Young male ran my cc and then leaned against the sill watching a woman take care of my food. Scone was dumped in the bottom of the bag, not even wrapped in a napkin, I watched her take my sandwich out of the oven with tongs, set it down and walk away to get something for the car behind me. Why didn’t she finish with my sandwich so he could give me my bag? I was on my way to work. Will not be stopping there on my way to work again when in a rush. Did I mention it wasn’t busy in the drive thru?

This is the best caribou in the twin cities in my opinion. The baristas are SO kind and genuine and cool. Great vibes. I come to work here every week when I can swing it. Coffee is superb. I like iced americanos and lots of places water it down too much. It’s nice and strong here. Consistently.

I came into the store with a drink that I thought was made wrong. Turns out I ordered the wrong thing, whoops, but the way they helped me figure out what I wanted was amazing. The guy with the cool purple hair helped me out and he wanted to make sure I left happy. I did indeed leave happy. Amazing customer service through out the whole staff too. Love you guys ❤️❤️

45 minute wait in the drive through, and trapped in lane, so couldn’t leave. When I got to window, they were just starting to make my order. Guy at window acted confused but then nodded yes when I asked did they put malt powder in my drink. Guess what? No malt powder. Never coming back here- I’ll drive instead to a Caribou that’s further away happily rather than wait for 45 minutes.
