As a driver I find it appalling to be handed drinks that look like this only to have to deliver this to the customer. Why aren’t they sealing the drinks so the customers know its not tampered with? The fact that the staff thinks this is acceptable to hand to a delivery driver is questionable. If I was the direct customer this drink would be fine but no I’m expected to deliver this unsealed drink to the customer only so they can question if I did anything to it. I’m going to deliver it but I don’t like the perception this could have on the customer since once again the drinks not sealed.

This Caribou is my most favorite in the White Bear Lake area! I see people complain about time but for me that’s okay. It’s busy here a lot so waiting is fine by me they can only move so fast with so many workers and such long lines of customers.

Just now 08/12/23 3:30pm, I ordered a Medium decaf with cream on the side, like I do everyday. Alex O. Asked me which Decaf? I said what do you have available? He said we have no Decaf? (I thought, then why did you ask me which decaf) I said Ok no problem Thanks anyways. As I turn to leave he says “we have Americano Decaf” I said “so you do have decaf?” He chuckled. So then I thought to myself is this guy messing with me? But I said Okay I’ll have that with Cream on the side. “He said that’s a new one for me. That might be a problem, I don’t think we can sell you cream on the side” which I know you can because I’ve done it before, and I wasn’t asking for a cup of cream only put some cream on the side instead of my decaf. I told him I order this same thing everyday with no problems, He says, well I’m not here everyday, that’s when I was positive he was pulling my chain and I told him to get someone else to come, at that point the other workers that were chatting stops and realized there was some issue and came over and they were able to take my order and give me my cream on the side. However I opened my side of cream and saw they literally put a small splash, I order this everyday and I never got a tiny splash. Anyways I know now to only go in the mornings or weekdays and avoid this shift.

Not sure why it’s hard to put a sandwich in a bag without completely crushing it or make a drink with the correct add ons that were paid for. Yalls food is expensive as hell so if you’re going to act like you work at McDonald’s maybe that’s the place you should be.

This is a great coffee house! The only reason they don’t get five stars is their hours. Unlike some locations, they close at 7:00pm and not 8:00pm, which is problematic for my schedule.

Ordered ahead, and was totally cool that all 3 were not ready yet. Waited another 7-8mins and finally got it. None of them had any toppings whatsoever, and none of the staff even acknowledged me when I thanked them because they were in a circle having thier own conversation, not making any drinks. I’ll stick to the Fairview location from now on- they never mess up and are super friendly!

Bagel with shmear….yeah not much “shmear”. Would be nice if there was enough to even taste it. Three people in our party ordered these and all had very little on them. Grabbed a Diet Coke from their cooler….no price listed on the cooler or the menu board so shouldn’t have been surprised at the amazingly high price. Won’t be back.
