Better go to the one across the street. This location every time I’ve given it a chance has tasted awful and not even comparable to other locations. They also are uneducated on how to refund and will only offer another remake of the same bad drink! Won’t be coming back to this location again.

They deserve a 10/5 🙂 Even though they had run out of the product for my favorite drink (Turtle Mocha Over Ice with White Chocolate) they were still willing to do what they could to make me satisfied. I will definitely be a regular here. I recommend people should go here. Friendly staff and great customer service! Now that’s a coffee shop you want to go to.

Yesterday was the first time in 17 yrs I had to return my drink to be remade, it was the worst coffee I have ever had in my life! My husband and I ordered 2 drinks…neither had double shots of espresso, his didn’t have extra caramel, mine was most definitely was not blended extra either. Mine tasted like frozen water with a hint of mint and his was watery light caramel tasting. When I brought mine back to be remade it wasn’t much better and the girl was kinda snobby about it. They also screwed up the ladies drink after us as well too. Looks like time for new workers

Love ordering coffee here! The staff is friendly and my drinks are more consistently made well than other caribou’s I’ve gone to. Favorite barista has to be Miya! Keep up the great work!

Pulled up to the drive through couple minutes before close. No one answered at the intercom. Drove up to the window and saw an employee crouched down hiding behind the till so they didn’t have to serve us. Once the employee knew we saw them they jumped up and told us they just closed. I asked that I just needed a couple gift cards and I was told they had already closed out their tills…..disappointed with this caribou. The employees had clearly shut down before the close time of 7pm.

Very friendly staff who work hard to get the orders out quickly. If there is an issue with an order and you call and talk to the staff they are more then willing to fix it for you. Family friendly environment as well!
