I ordered a large ice malted mocha with extra milk chocolate and I’m 95% sure it came with zero milk chocolate. It tasted like milk and splash of coffee. When I mentioned it they said they made it how they always make it. I will not be be returning. My mother comes here every once in awhile and she says most of the time she gets drinks that taste nothing like the same drinks made at the other caribou locations.

I can’t understand some of those negative reviews. The staff of mostly young women are nice, helpful, and competent. I honestly couldn’t work at a place where you have to make drinks, take orders for the drive thru, and take online and in person orders like they do, and still get through the day, with a smile, lol! I just have to imagine the stress they go through to do five things at once. I couldn’t do it, guess I’m showing my age!

I ordered a sparkling green tea lemonade and it was flat and not sparkling at all. People that ordered after us got their drinks way before us. Very unimpressed with the service here. will not be returning.
