The sandwich I got was spinach, artichoke and egg. The sandwich was stuck to its wrapper and the bottom bun was soggy, which made it very unenjoyable. The coffee, however was delicious. I got a Mint Condition Latte and it was perfect.

Unfortunately the consistency in drinks at this location has really plummeted the last few months, primarily on week days. I get Caribou every day, and always get the same thing, and the drinks I’ve gotten from this location over the last few months have been different near every time I’ve gotten them. Today I ordered a drink with an extra shot and light ice, and watched it be made without the extra shot and very heavy on the ice. The barista DID offer to add an extra shot when I mentioned it, but I unfortunately didn’t have time to wait longer than I already had for my mobile order to be corrected.

I have gave this store 5 stars, 20 times over. Never had bad service until today. Refused to make my drink with 2% milk. Manager was clueless. It’s truly disappointing, you just can’t be loyal to be a place anymore because nobody cares about there customers. If you can’t be nice to your customers, then you probably shouldn’t work in customer service.

Ordered on their app for delivery. Apparently you’re not supposed to do that? So why is it an option? They took the order and took the money. I never got my order and they claim they canceled it due to not having the items. They said Uber came to get the order but canceled it. So which is it? My bank app says I was charged by the Caribou Mobile App. Yet they absolutely deny it and will not refund my money. Not even store credit. Nothing.

I’m a little disappointed. They forgot my husband’s drink last week. We sat for 15min; then they made it for him, gave him a free drink coupon for messing it up. But today I brought that free drink coupon to a Caribou to redeem it, and it expired at the end of 2022!

Caribou on Clairemont has the *best* customer service out of all coffee shops, small and large all the way to the cities! Always so nice, and give lots of love to my chiweenie so that’s a plus . If your looking for a friendly location, this is the one!
