I stopped for coffee today. I was told that they wouldn’t add an extra shot to my nitro high rise as I’ve been doing for over 2 years without prior issue because “that’s too much caffeine.” I find this laughable because this same location had no issue adding 2 extra shots to an extra large caramel high rise, significantly more caffeine.

This place is usually amazing…good coffee for decent price. Today there was a young woman being trained and she made mine with no guidance. The liquid in my cup only filled half of my cup in a size medium. Very dissatisfied, but couldn’t have her fix it because I was in a rush. Please train your employees to fill the cup at your norm.

The evening girls are amazing, I started only coming in when Makayla and Vanessa are there. That’s the only way your drink will be correct and you’ll get out of there in a reasonable time frame. Plus, they’re always friendly and happy!!

Pretty good. I ordered two campfire mocha coolers for my boyfriend and his friend and an iced vanilla northern lite latte for me. Only thing I noticed were the campfire mochas were a little bit soupy. I got my latte but it was hot.. didn’t really want to ask for my drink remade because the barista was a bit cranky but also didn’t really want a hot drink. I asked her if I could have it remade iced and she was very nice about it, except accidentally made me a caramel iced latte instead of vanilla. Accidents happen, still super yummy! Just wish the barista was a bit more friendly, but we all have our off days. 🙂

This afternoon I waited for 30 minutes for a mocha at this location. There were two employees working but one was busy chatting with her friend on the other side of the kiosk and roaming around the store to get more drink carriers (which there were already several of on the counter) leaving the other girl to take orders and make the drinks. Everyone was waiting for their coffee which is definitely a 1st world problem but a little multitasking goes a long way. Yikes bikes. Coffee was good though!

Passing through, won’t be coming back though. Customer service was nonexistent. I truly felt like I was a bother placing my order. No greeting at all. Drinks are placed on the counter without any indication of what they are and who they’re for. My drink was made incorrectly…flavor as requested in the cold press was omitted. I didn’t realize until I was back on my way outta there.

Ordered my coffee and there were a couple of people ahead of me so I wait patiently for my order. One of the workers had to remake 3 coffee orders, two were from the same customer. I’m not sure if shes timid or just needs a little more training. I waited about 15-20 minutes for my order. I still will continue to come to caribou but I will go to Hudson from now on.

Horrible new regional manger. For store and caribou. Both rude and apparently the regulars the place had don’t matter no longer matter was told they don’t care. Well the good thing is N.R has options unlike the other towns they have stores in. I will go else where I have no problem driving else where for grocery

I Love my Bou but this particular one is terrible. They’re sloppy,they don’t listen and of the 6 orders (there were 4seperate orders in front of us and then us 2.) 3 of the six orders were completely wrong and had to be dumped down the sink and they had to start over. The best advice I can give is go somewhere else because you’re not likely to get what you ordered on the first try.
