I’ve always wondered how badly can someone make a cup of coffee that one wouldn’t even be able to drink it. This place did it for me. 7$ for this cup of warm sh*t. You can see a layer of sugar on top. Smells disgusting. No taste or smell of espresso at all. If you’re gonna charge such money for coffee at least make it taste like coffee!!!!!!!

Pay with cash, do not expect a receipt. Oldest trick in the book for employee theft of funds. Took a min to try and figure out what correct change would be.Still incorrect. Unprofessional experience. Management needs to regroup or may need another manager.

I can only assume this place is owned by McDonald’s… went in to get a froze coffee and was told they could only do hot or iced coffee at the moment. It’s funny all these places advertise frozen coffee style drinks yet no one can ever make them…

Tried Caribou Coffee for the 1st time. Not bad, not good middle of the road coffee. Wouldn’t go out of my way if I had other options. WAY better than Starbucks. Starbucks is wretched. I don’t understand why people want to drink coffee that tastes burnt. Tim Hortons is still the coffee to beat.

The lady at Caribou Coffee was so sweet and my mint mocha was awesome. The ladies inside were super nice, I got 2 waters and the bathrooms were clean and they had a nice changing area for kiddos.

Got a white chocolate mocha and an americano, didn’t even smell faintly like coffee, I tasted it and tasted like old white chocolate. Without a doubt this is the worst cup of coffee I ever tasted, spilled it on the ground. Maybe Im spoiled in the PNW but someone that owns this shop needs to figure it out, you took almost $10 from me, I work hard for my money.

They need extra help in here . It’s not the peoples fault but caribou needs to put descriptions on the posters of what the drinks all included in them . Ordered a campfire mocha , did not like it at all . Had to go somewhere else’s to get better coffee .

When I was up in MN I always got Caribou. Heck alot better than Star sucks . The coffee and food is great here. The only thing I would say needs fixing is that they rotate employee through stores ( Caribou, Subway, etc..), so sometimes the consistency kinda lacks between visits every so often. But Everytime I’m over in the area I stop here.

Stopped for a 2nd time at the Kenly location. Coffee is pretty good. Small shop in a travel plaza. Columbian light roast was good and workers very nice. Great place to stop when traveling. Nice selection of beans for sale. Very good chain coffee
