Stumbled upon this place as I was outside my hotel looking for lunch. They appear to be offering take out only at this time. I asked what was especially spicy on the menu and the jerk chicken was recommended. I have to day, it was wickedly spicy indeed! It tasted great whenever my tongue could cool off enough to function properly. The rice was not so fresh. The cabbage was good. I ordered a beef pattie in case I didn’t like the food, and it was also quite good. Portion size was extremely generous even though I ordered the small. Prices were very reasonable. I was not made to feel welcome. The wait staff did acknowledge me but offered no smiles or friendly welcome. There was a steady stream of customers, so I guess they won’t loose.

Love love loved this place. Restaurant was very clean and food was amazing!! I couldn’t decide which dish I wanted so the nice lady at the counter gave me a sample of each. I chose the stewed chicken an it was wonderful. It came with cabbage an peas an rice. I would highly recommend this place.

The customer service was good, the young lady was nice but I wasn’t happy with the food. It was warm, came out quick tho. The meat portion was small for $17 small. The ox tails was tender but it was one the curry chicken was decent. So I feel i didnt get my money’s worth. Or I’m not a rice type of gal so i don’t want half a plate of rice. The plantains were pretty good.

1st impression: person at counter not attentive and distracted once ready to place order I was told No Plantains ♀️ Mannnnn……. Counter person did not suggest a interchangeable replacement which was disappointing. Over all food was good okra taste great despite the look oxtail rice and peas tasted well seasoned had little more fat than I’m use to and cabbage tasted proper but I suspected a can of mixed vegetables(carrots,peas,corn) was added.

First, why can’t these people be friendly?!.. they won’t say thank you when you pick up your order. They are rude inattentive and seem like the hate what they do! I PREDICT THAT IF ANOTHER JAMAICAN RESTAURANT COMES IN THE AREA THIS PLACE WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!This restaurant is so inconsistent with their food. I ordered brown stew chicken and I’ve never had brown stew chicken to have peppers in it. One bite of the chicken and I had chest pain from the peppers being so hot. Also, my lips are on fire! They never have plantain that should come with the order and yes I’ve seen a few roaches. NO CAP!!!! BUT TODAY IVE HAD enough!!! Why should I continue to pay for sub par food and inconsistency

Nothing impressive about the food. I got an oxtail combo. They said it came with plantains, but that just means 2. The oxtail sauce was thin, I like it more gravy like. Probably won’t return or recommend.

The food is as great as the other two places. But everything else sucked. We chose to dine in and they don’t have a trash can inside, so we have to use the trash can outside that belongs to the entire property to throw away their take out boxes. The place looked dirty and the people working there didn’t seem to care at all. They have three restaurants and this is definitely the worst of them all. I’ll drive to the other two in the future.
