I was so upset the other day I placed a review with profanity, therefore the review was removed. So I’M BACK!!! I love my Haitian people and I always always always want to support them. I was soo excited to know that I have a place nearby to order from but they way they hung up on me twice for having questions is a no no. I’ve gone there in person and the attitude/behavior of the staff is worse. So embarrassing!!! Please lower your expectations because you too will one day be under this very review to express your distaste. Please try to spend your hard earned money elsewhere

To have a business phone, and not answer it for over an hour is absurd. Haitians, can’t ever have anything nice. It’s either customer service is awful, or the inability to effectively hire skillful people is placed on the back burner. How is it that on a Sunday, you’re not staffed to handle the people wanting to order food?

Finally find a great Haitian restaurant that’s serve great food and great hospitable services.. I always get the fish fried and plantain. They know exactly how I love it especially with the bell peppers and sautèe onion. I totally recommend this place if you want great food with great flavorsand great customer services.

Customer service was horrible. Lady over the counter looks like she doesn’t even want to be there. Order grio pork was dry and the friend plantations to soft, it tasted oily. Food did not taste fresh. Do you yourself a favor don’t eat there.

Drove 40 minutes because I wanted to try this place 3PM on a Saturday. Walked in said hello as was not acknowledged by the individuals laying in the dining area. I was then approached by someone saying “we’re kinda closed”

First restaurant to ever cancel my Uber eats order. What makes it so bad is they made me wait one hour before they canceled the order. It was a $98.00 order plus I tipped $12.00. Wow do they not want to work or make money. lol I’ve never heard of a restaurant canceling orders. Food is okay but o wish the staff was nicer and more responsive. Also for being the closest and most popular restaurant in the area I wish there was more variety. Haitian food is more than just fruit, turkey and legumes. Where is the Tasso boeuf, acra, marinade, paté, akasan, lalo, macaroni au gratin, legumes epinard? It’s always the same thing everyday. Boring!
