We just googled a place for a lunch date and ended up here. Oh I am so glad we did! The menu is excellent, food is so delicious! You can build your own individual pizzas with so many options. My husband got sweet potato fries and they were the best I’ve ever had!! Service was great. I am so excited to come back here with our kids too and try more food!

They were short staffed so service wasn’t great. The pizza wasn’t great either for the price. Good salad though. The inside of the restaurant is too small for the number of tables they have and parking is not desirable. We won’t be returning.

Carbone’s used to have far and away the best pizza in Billings and I ordered there a lot, but the last couple times I’ve done a carryout order there, the pizza has been way overcooked. The crust has been hard and crunchy and the cheese on top is burnt black. I don’t know if they’ve starting baking at a higher heat or for longer, but something has changed. I might give them one more try, but if my next pizza is this bad, it will be my last one from them.

Have an online coupon. The promo code wasn’t working, so I called and made no effort to honor the coupon. Horrible customer service. No where did the coupon say any exceptions and was within the expiration window. Never bothering with this place again!

Really not impressed. I recently ordered takeout for curbside pickup. They no longer offer curbside pickup despite their website saying so. I got there and the portions were considerably smaller than I expected. My pizza crust was soggy. The garlic bread was in fact just slices of white toast with some melted cheese and the marinara sauce was awful. All of that considered, I spent $46 on a meal I took a few bites of and threw away. Far too expensive for what I got.

I have been a faithful customer of Carbone’s for years with no issues ever, I’ve even introduced my friends/relatives to this MN feel pizza place. On Saturday afternoon, I ordered take out, the pizza was spot on, however the potato skins were burnt/greasy w/missing ingredients, terribly greasy French fries, the chicken strips were over cooked. I called to speak with a Manager, treated rudely and to call back on Monday 02/20/23 to talk with one.
