Love this place and location is great. They added little trellises and lights inside which makes it look so cute. However this particular location ALWAYS undercooks the pizza. I guess some people must like it that way but I find it dough-y and almost soggy so I always have to remember ask for well done. Kind of a bummer as sometimes I forget or sometimes they don’t relay the message to the cook. But the servers and managers are so nice and it’s so close to my home that I guess that’s the trade off.

Pretty good pizza but my favorite is the Italian cheese fries. I wish this location had waffle fries with season sour cream deep, like the Minneapolis location. We had dessert here also and it was good. We eat here twice a month. Usually during Football Sunday. Thanks for creating a master piece in the kitchen Yum Carbone’s Pizza

The first pizza we ordered had pork on it which we did not as for and we can’t eat it due to our faith, then they offered to make a new pizza but when we got it, it was burned underneath. Very disappointed. Will not order there again.

Carbone’s Pizza is my favorite “Home Town” pizza. The East Woodbury location is great because they not only offer delicious pizza, but they also offer a variety of appetizers (the pizza fries are a must order!) and desserts too – my favorite is the apple cinnamon dessert pizza! I am never disappointed when I order from here!

I have loved Carbone’s Pizza forever. The flavor can’t be beat. However, I felt I had to comment about my last couple experiences. My wife picked up 2 – 10″ partial bake pizzas. Photos below. I was disappointed with the amount of cheese they portion out. The cheese covers about a 7″ diameter area. If you covered the whole 10″ pizza with cheese the area is about 78.5 inches sq. This pizza measured about 7″ diameter covered with cheese or about 38.5 sq in. That is a difference ( or cost savings to the shop) of over 50%. I don’t feel this cost saving tactic provides me value for the price I am charged. I will be sticking with Old World and E.J.s for the foreseeable future.
