I didn’t get the gentleman’s name on my phone order for delivery on 07/13/23 but he was very nice and thorough. He asked if I wanted physical receipt ( which most places don’t) ! I did!

Listen, I don’t do reviews like this often. But unless you want to wait 4 hours for a pizza, I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. I live literally 5 minutes from the restaurant. After an hour of waiting, I called and they claimed the driver had been there and no one answered, and they would send someone else out on the next delivery. Again, 40 minutes go by and nothing. So I call back, someone else answered, and again said they sent someone again and no one answered the door, changing the story 3 times during this. Claiming they were buzzing and calling, then that a neighbor let them in and they were knocking. And then that the neighbor told them I was probably sleeping. At 4pm??? I was awake and sitting on my couch watching tv with my boyfriend the whole time, phone in my hand the whole time. Call logs show no attempts. I don’t even know anybody in the building. My security cameras both at my door and facing outside have no record of anyone showing up during those times. The girl on the phone was incredibly condescending, refusing to admit that maybe their driver had messed up. Though I’m not sure why they would lie and say they called, they confirmed both address and phone number, but still nothing on my call log, no voicemails, nothing. They sent a THIRD driver who arrived over an hour later, at my home FIVE minutes from the restaurant. I had called 10 minutes before he arrived, and the girl answered again, telling the same story, super condescending, and when I told them I no longer wanted the cold pizza they wanted to deliver, they refused to refund. Again, I have security cameras that record 24/7, I live on the first floor, and no one showed up ANY of the first two times. The third driver arrived and we took the pizza since we had no choice because they refused to refund, and got cold, soggy pizza. I’ve never had any experience like this, and I really wouldn’t recommend this location due to its severe lack of professionalism, customer service and honesty. Chanticlear is better anyways, and the old north branch location was way better than this one.

Food was delicious!! Yummy garlic cheese bread, dinner salad add for only 99 cents and creamy Italian dressing was good, and spaghetti was great!! Very nicely priced! Service was great and friendly! 3 pool tables were cool and fun, nice to have something different.

Love to play pool here it’s really cheap but the pool tables are not the nicest. But it works for me. The pizza has been good that I tried. But honestly didn’t like the lasagna or the spaghetti. The place is kind of dark some light and music could make it a lot better. But very nice workers and the service is great. Prices vary.

I have been going to Carbones in Forest Lake for over 40 years. Tonight my family and I ate there. The meal was delicious and the server was great. We then went to the Game store. On the way back to the car my 6 year old had to emergency potty situation, so I took him back inside Carbones to go bathroom. On the way out the guy behind the counter had the audacity to say “this is not a public restroom”. I confronted him that I just ate there and he apologized. This is extremely rude and it shouldn’t matter if someone uses the bathroom, because I guarantee at some point they have eaten at Carbones.

I called on the phone to place an order they wanted my last name and number. I gave my last name but told them to use the first name. I went in 30 minutes later more than enough time. I was tired and just wanted the pizza. It’s hard to hear the people back there due to the exhaust and acoustics, I have hearing aids they don’t pick up on. I told them they should have a pizza under Kevin the girl said there was nothing there. They had it back there. I told them I gave my last name but they should have it under Kevin she said something about the type of pizza I couldn’t hear told her let’s just finish so i can leave my voice was becoming loud but I wasn’t swearing I was just getting direct to the point. She asked my last 4 digits of the phone replied to it and told her let’s finish this now. Someone from the back the delivery guy said I was being rude. I advised they haven’t seen rude. Tried to pay for the pizza she asked for the phone again which was irrelevant as she knew the answer this just aggravated the situation, I gave up told her to keep the pizza which she said she wouldI was done and left. All this girl had to do was LISTEN to me instead of antagonizing me after long day. She wasn’t a seasoned customer service person, for those reasons I won’t be back and I won’t recommend their place it’s wrong the way this was handled. Too bad for them to lose a customer over this.

This place is pretty low-key but was a lot better than I was expecting. The food was really good and the staff were friendly. They had baskets full of coloring books for kids which is awesome and the billiards room in the back was waaay nicer than we thought it would be. All they need is a little music in that room and it would be perfect.

I think the atmosphere may be a turn off for most people, but it’s the exact same as when I was a child and so nostalgic! I love it! A little sad they got rid of the little black and white pay TVs in the booths they use great ingredients in the food never disappoints

I’m originally from chisago, and the first place I go to eat when I’m in town (from Florida) is carbonless. The service was not that great and the pizza wasn’t as good, which I was really disappointed in, especially since I bought 2! For myself! The place has always been a dump, but that’s the appeal. I don’t know what’s changed, ownership?
