I live in Saratoga Springs and frequent the Saratoga/Wilton. My order is usually the same. I love the pizza there… sometimes. If they could remain consistent I’d have no complaints. Sometimes the dough is on point along with the amount of cheese and toppings and other times the dough is flat and hard and toppings are sparse. Today was not a good day for them. Pizza was rough at start and as I just reheated some I had to post the review as it was like eating a roof tile.

Just on the pizza. By far the best Buffalo Chicken slices. Bathrooms clean. Staff is attentive and friendly. They will bring your pizza to you. They will give you metal silverware if you ask. They have filtered tap water from the machine. The best Pizza place I have been to in Saratoga area. Everything I have seen there in food, looks really good .

4 of us came in tonight at the Wilton site. The service and the egg plant and chicken parm- huge! Awesome food and we had a great time. We will definitely come back for dinner again! We always get pizza take out, and that’s great too.

I work in Saratoga alot. I’ve gotten pizza here before and it was good. This time I bought 2 pizzas,sausage roll and Stromboli. Pizza wasn’t cooked enough. Toppings didn’t cover the pizza right. Every slice should have every Topping on it. I got the combo and it didn’t. The roll and the Stromboli Definitely where salty enough. That’s my last time, $64 worth of regret. I don’t understand why it got so bad. I ate lunch here about 3 weeks ago and it was edible.

Recently just went in minutes ago and ordered. The lady who took our order was extremely rude, we asked for boneless wings, she ran back and the lady who cashed us out asked if it was boneless or bone in and we said boneless, and the other lady comes out and says “wait you wanted boneless?” And I said yes, and she lets out the biggest grunt for the entire store to hear while heading in the back again. And then we watched two younger girls point and giggle to the point my boyfriend made us wait in the car for the food because we felt annoyed. Definitely not a good experience

OK pizza. Has potential but something is not right with the crust. The sauce and cheese are excellent. Pizza is cooked properly (not too doughy or overcooked) but the crust is hard as a rock. I legit thought I broke a tooth biting into it. My jaw hurt after chewing crust off a slice of pizza because it was so tough. What happened to your crust?

Ordered chicken Alfredo and it cost roughly $27 and when I asked if I could have a fork please they grabbed one and threw it on the counter, definitely won’t be coming here again with that kind of attitude.
