The Galley is locally owed by a husband and wife. Our first Restaurant opened January 1, 2017. Everything in the restaurant is made in house from scratch. Your fish isn’t prepared until you order it. We hand batter and hand coat your fish from scratch never frozen!
We use Wild Caught Cod, Wild Salmon and high quality meats in all of our recipes. We hope you enjoy yourselves in our establishment as we strive to provide great food and great service to all of our wonderful guests.

Definitely a great find in the high desert area. Tacos were a bit more than what we were used to paying on the west coast but about a third less than back east so no complaints there, plus there was a big ol’ piece of fish in these tacos which was refreshing. Ceviche was nothing to brag about, certainly better than what’s offered in Appalachia. The aguachile had a nice bite to it and plenty of large shrimp. Certainly check out this place if you’re in the area. It was evident that this place was a local favorite.

Fish and chips were tasty and hot. Fries were a bit too crispy for me. The fish taco was good but I feel it would have tasted better if they used the beer battered fish in the taco rather than the panko encrusted. This place is definetly worth the try though. They have a good variety of items and 3 different types of salsa. I recommend the green salsa. I will definetly go back to try the elote. Love the loteria theme of the resteraunt.

Okay. Hold up. They just changed their name. Not sure why they did, but I just had one of the best surf and turf burritos I’ve ever had. Seriously this place can be called “Karen’s Soggy Fish Dishes” and I would still be a regular if they keep serving food like what I just had. Me and the wife were already The Galley fans and they never disappointed. It seems 100% that Captains grill will follow the same trend. Props to my raza in the back hechandole ganas, si saben lo que estan haciendo. Keep it up. Service up front is still really good to.
