Yea it’s way better than just a pizza shop. Check for specials, talk to other patrons in the place before ordering or talk to the owner. Great beer selection both in cans and on tap. I had a delicious porterhouse steak for $25 with a side salad recently. The owner loves his job, makes most of his offerings from scratch. Not fine dining but if you want decent food at a decent price Jen this place checks all the boxes.

A great place for a cold beer on tap – salads, pizza, subs , burgers and daily specials from Chef Matt. I ordered a Captain burger -no bun. It was delicious and perfectly grilled with fresh lettuce and tomato. Highly recommend for lunch or supper !

I ant gonna lie to you guys. So here we go. First things first I’m not from mass. And thank God caues yell don’t know how to make real pizza. I’m a new Yorker threw and threw. Second the pizza is 5 dollars a slice. That’s crazy!!. The pizza looks like a frozen slice eliios straight facts. The guy swore he made good pizza. Doesn’t look appealing at all. And the slice was really small. Don’t go there pizza is terrible. Thank god I’m back in NY state and having a real slice of real pizza. Told the guy it was good but it isn’t. And i ate it caues i spent 5 bucks. The photo i posted is what a real pizza looks like. Don’t sell pizza if you don’t know what your doing

Stopped in while on a trip with my family. The gentleman behind the counter was rude and said nothing when we entered. We sat ourselves and found our own menus. No one came to the table to ask what we would like so I went to counter where I was made to feel like an inconvenience. I ordered two cheese slices, two kids grilled cheese meals, an order of chicken fingers with French fries, and three drinks from the case. The man brought over the pizza and grilled cheeses and then about five minutes later the chicken fingers and fries. I have never in my life had whatever it was he served. The grilled cheese was two pieces of toast with a slice of cheese that was put under a broiler. The chicken fingers, which are hard to screw up, were so hard and dry I couldn’t eat them. I went to the counter to ask for some honey mustard and again was an inconvenience to this guy. After over five minutes he brought it over and again, it was disgusting. Never at any point through our meal were we asked how it was. I then went up for to go boxes for my $18.00 “chicken fingers” and he looked at me confused and asked if i meant a pizza box, handed me boxes and walked away. The menu did not have the prices listed but their over the counter menu did. I was still shocked when I got up to pay and he told me my total was almost $60. Thankfully for us we aren’t local and won’t ever be in the position that would cause us to return.

Atmosphere is great, service is top notch, pizza was out of this world the best in the area, man behind the counter is in fact the man. Friendly, easy to talk too. Certainly 5 starts if not way more, certainly will be back

Captain pizza is the best! chicken broccoli Alfredo is delicious & so much to choose from on the menu & the owner is so kind and genuine as well as the rest of the staff ! I love captain pizza anyone around the area should stop in & get a bite to eat!
