Went in to pick up 6 subs today 7/22/23. I arrived roughly 10 minutes before close. Not only was I not aware that $100 bills are not accepted even tho the order total came to $86.09! Im from out of town. When I placed the order I asked for a total so I could be prepared BUT the girl said she was the only one working and couldn’t. So my father took a guess as to how much it would be and sent me with the $100 bill. Luckily I had enough in smaller bills to complete the transaction. Upon arriving home with the subs we started to notice mistakes. 1. Not one container of oil ON THE SIDE and we should of had 6! I said NO TRIM on my Ruben…they put trim on it and it made my bread soggy!

The lady that owns it and works there is very rude and not happy to be there, if the slice tomatoes any thinner they would be translucent. Paid extra for grilled onions and mushrooms for my steak sup and the charge you dearly for that and put maybe a teaspoon of them on you sub ,what a rip off! Not going back unless I bring a therapist with me for the owner!

Paid $34 for two subs, was not told a total until picking up the subs. I had high hopes since I know a lot of people used to love going here. The Philly was super dry and my veggie sub lacked taste so I had to add a lot of seasoning at home. The bread wasn’t great either.

The service was very good but the food is horrible this was my first time and my last time. The bread was literally so hard I had to pull half of it off. I asked for extra mayo and lettuce. I did not receive it two large subs cost me $30. I would give this a 4 out of 10 the bread is absolutely horrible.

I would stay away from the one in Belleville. They messed my sandwich up and tried to take the toppings off. Asked for a new one she made three other sandwiches first then I asked for my money back before they started making it and the lady was very rude almost screaming at me telling me no! Also asked for very light oil and it was saturated!!!! First and only time will never go back and told everyone I work with and they said they could’ve told me that!!!!

Picture of the menu shows 16″ subs for $12 and that is incorrect. The real price is $16. Five 16″ subs cost us $94! For a stale bread sandwich with soggy veggies. An absolute rip off Lol we will never be back.

Two sandwiches cost 34 dollars. The last posting of their menu says it should be 11 and change for a double. How do you justify raising prices 6 dollars in one year and not even posting your updated menu online? Nemo’s is not zingerman’s delicatessen. Nemo’s is a substandard hole in the the wall that gouges customers for cash.
