At our Regional Support Center we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D’s Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D’s Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D’s was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

What has happened to this restaurant? South Lowry St. Smyrna TN. Use to love this place. Horrible rude people work here. Worst customer service ever. Fish was mushy and cold. It will be our last time going to this restaurant.

Don’t waste your time at the Smyrna location on Lowry Street. Been to this location three times NOW and could not get service at drive through. End up going to Almaville Rd location if we want fish. Wish the location close to my home would take orders guess they don’t need customers or money. This one should receive minus five stars as this is the worst location I have ever tried to place order

Management at the restaurant in White House TN. is terrible. i waited 45 minutes in line for my food while employees was outside smoking, when i got my order part of it wasn’t there.Then when i made a complaint because of the wait i was told i had an attitude. So i asked to speak to a manager and when she came to the window and was telling her the situation, she responded by saying that she didn’t believe her employee said that and the people outside smoking was off work, shut the window locked it and walked away. i have been waiting for 4 days to get a call from corporate and no one has returned a phone call. I hope that captain D’s gets there act together or they will be heading for a ruff time.

Location in Antioch, Tennessee store #3544. Only one employee in the store at 1:17. Employee was having to wait on customers, prepare food and check customer’s out. Took about 25 minutes to be processed and then food was greasy, cold and over cooked. Corporate should be ashamed to have open without being properly staffed.

Extremely disappointed at the Captain D’s in Stockbridge, GA. Pull up to order at the drive thru one car in front of me, three cars behind me. All of the teenage employees are outside running around laughing and rudely yelling to all of us in line that they had to close because their manager walked out. First off why didn’t they call the assistant manager or a supervisor to come in and why are they all outside if the store running around and laughing like it’s funny, this is a business. Absolutely horrible!

HAD the worst Service ever in Cleveland, MS. location..Spouses and family members should not be allowed to work with one another. When I called the local store where my order was placed to let them know there was error, and that it was Okay and we could not come back due to our lunch hour I ended the call. To my Surprise the Manger I had just spoke with call my office phone back and was very disrespectful, I will never Eat at your establishment AGAIN! Play with your kids NOT ME!!. MRS.WILLIAMS

Horrible! Horrible! I was treated disrespectful at the Newberry, SC location by the 2 cooks at the back. Even the people at th restaurant was saying that they are shocked. Two people followed me outside to check on me and one gave me their number in case I needed a witness. I will NEVER go back here again.

Called to make a complaint. Never heard back from anyone. Don’t order food online from Captain D’s. They won’t substitute anything on your order, and they will still charge you and not give you a refund. Thieves. If they sorry you on your order and won’t fix it then they just stole your money, like I said thieves.
