At our St Charles, MO location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D’s Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D’s Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D’s was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

First experience at Captain D and will return for sure. Made an online order and it was ready on time. Lady in the cashier was nice and efficient. Food was really good and kids ate without any complain and saying it was delicious – a big milestone 🙂 The chef came form the kitchen to check on our experience and was very nice and welcoming. One cashier that was running the inside and window orders. Didn’t look to enthused to be there. Hardly any customer service skills. Two people in the kitchen that didn’t come out to help the Frontline guy. The food was small portions compared to the prices. Everyone in the dining area was talking about the service. One guy even called corporate while we were there.

Another manager that doesn’t think customers are important enough to put up a sign letting them know the lobby is closed. I don’t mind using drive thru, but it’s irritating to park and walk to a locked door when all they have to do is put a sign up letting us know before we get out of our car

It was the most absolutely horrible place I’ve ever been. They forgot at least half my order, my 6 chicken pieces, 12 shrimp, the family sized coleslaw, a side of mac and cheese, and they were apparently out of the gumbo. I couldn’t turn around and go back. It was a 30-minute drive there and back, and it was close to my 4 year olds bedtime by the time we got home. It’s the worst place ever!

Wow!!!! Went through the drive thru and the cashier was so sweet and the food was delivered in a timely manner but when I got home I couldn’t believe nor my mom of how much food we got and how the flavor if the lobster rolls and whole meal was soooo amazing!!!!

First, it was an extremely long wait, but it was a Friday evening. I ordered online since the drive thru line and the inside line were both long. The long wait was possibly not the company’s fault. However, when I picked up the order, they didn’t give me my drink until I asked for it. I ordered diet Dr. Pepper online, but that was not available in the store. When I got home, I discovered that they failed to give me utensils, butter, and sour cream. That was disappointing, especially the sour cream for the baked potato
